FAQ

Short answers about how Second Billing works. For the longer version see About and editorial standards.

What is Second Billing?

Second Billing is a niche news site: Cult film and convention news, curated by an editor. An editor reads the day’s filings, announcements and reporting, then writes each item in our own words with a link to the original source.

Who is it for?

cult-film collectors and convention-goers, and the organizers, labels and dealers who serve them.

Where do you cover?

Stories are filed under regions including North America, United Kingdom & Europe, International. Every story says which jurisdiction’s rules or market it refers to when that matters.

What is The weekly digest?

The weekly digest is our email digest, sent on Mondays. Sign up at /newsletter/. It is free; every item links back to the full story on secondbilling.com.

How do you use AI?

Software helps us read and sort the day’s news and check drafts against sources. A human editor still decides what publishes. We do not publish unchecked machine output. See editorial standards.

How do I report an error?

Write to [email protected] with the story URL and what you believe is wrong. We read every message. Corrections are logged on /corrections/ and on the story itself.
